Ashoka University has three computer labs that are fully equipped with systems and the latest software with an environment to implement and experiment with knowledge acquired in the classroom. Ashoka Community has access to the computer labs 24 x 7 with high-speed internet connectivity. Each lab has printing services offered to students, staff, and faculty members.

Preventive Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance (PM) is the planned activity of IT infrastructures with the goal of improvement for delight services. It is a routine maintenance of the Servers, Desktops, Laptops, printers, and Network equipment. Quarterly and half-yearly preventive maintenance is scheduled to be done on all IT infrastructures. To implement a controlled system there needs an authoritative and powerful preventive system. The following steps make the system more secure and robust;
- Every machine has a single operating system (software standardization) which will be the only genuine operating system. Another operating system may be provided only on a project basis or in special cases.
- A set of software installed on the desktop/laptop according to their category. Extra software requirements can be arranged on a need basis and as per the availability of licenses/agreements.
- The IT Infra team emphasizes that every user should use the Ashoka domain for internal and external communication.
